At the helm of the centuries-old Domaine is Nathalie Tollot, part of Tollot-Beaut’s fifth generation of winemakers who carries on the family’s tradition of making fine vintages. Following supper guests can retreat to the inviting Riddling Rack, AVIA’s signature wine bar featuring a menu of small plates, local wines and bubbles. A selection of signature cocktails are shaken and stirred with agave wine, the same plant that produces tequila, as well as sake and rice-infused vodka, which results in a smoother, silkier taste and more flavorful cocktail. Cane rum, sake and additional ingredients are infused with the chef’s own mixers, created with seasonal and local ingredients. Those who want to make an evening of it can spend the night behind the door of one of AVIA Napa’s luxe rooms or suites with a special discount of 20-percent off best available rates and a complimentary upgrade at check-in based on availability – exclusively for patrons with Second Sunday Supper Club reservations. Each room is stylishly appointed with roomy beds, plush bathrooms and a stash of welcomed amenities. Reservations are now available for the inaugural Second Sunday Supper Club taking place on Sunday, March 13 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and for upcoming Second Sunday Supper Club dinners: April 10 and May 15.
