Power adapters
The Raspberry Pi uses a standard Micro USB (type B) power connector, which runs at 5v.
Generally you can use a MicroUSB to USB cable and then either power the Raspberry Pi
directly from your main computers USB ports (if they provide enough power), or by
using a USB to Mains adaptor. A number of mobile phones use MicroUSB power cables,
and these are compatible with the Raspberry Pi in most cases. Below is a list of power
