Lodi <strong>Lions</strong> have had a pancake breakfast and a<br />
golf tournament so far this year. Also <strong>the</strong>y<br />
cleaned up <strong>the</strong> Mickey Grove Sunshine Trail.<br />

Stockton Pacifica <strong>Lions</strong> have been working at<br />
<strong>the</strong> UOP games, as well as supporting <strong>the</strong> All Star<br />
Football Game.<br />
Lodi Mexican American <strong>Lions</strong> worked <strong>the</strong> Lodi<br />
Grape Festival with Lodi <strong>Lions</strong> and Delta <strong>Lions</strong>.<br />
Pres. Hector managed to lose his gavel to <strong>the</strong><br />
visiting Linden <strong>Lions</strong>. Awwwww!<br />
Stockton Fil Am <strong>Lions</strong> had a pancake breakfast<br />
as a fundraiser and are planning <strong>the</strong>ir<br />
Nanong/Manang Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon<br />
for Nov. 22.<br />
Delta <strong>Lions</strong> just added a new member which now<br />
makes <strong>the</strong>m larger than South Stockton! (OK<br />
VDG Francis’s club, what are you going to do<br />
about it Do you need <strong>the</strong> MERLO team to<br />
visit ED. ☺) Also busy hosting Youth Exchange<br />
students.<br />
Tracy Breakfast <strong>Lions</strong> are <strong>the</strong>ir usual busy<br />
selves fundraising and visiting and hosting 2<br />
Youth Exchange students.<br />
South Stockton <strong>Lions</strong> celebrated <strong>the</strong>ir 60 th<br />
anniversary. Congratulations.<br />

● Stanislaus Region:<br />
Modesto <strong>Lions</strong> are announcing that <strong>the</strong> bricks<br />
and <strong>the</strong> rest <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> park equipment should be in by<br />
<strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> month. Also <strong>the</strong>y had a successful<br />
drive through BBQ chicken fundraiser.<br />
Greater Modesto <strong>Lions</strong> are getting ready to go to<br />
<strong>the</strong> races. They also provided eyeglasses for 3<br />
clients.<br />
Ceres <strong>Lions</strong> are busy fundraising with BBQ<br />
chicken dinner and calendar sales.<br />
Modesto Breakfast <strong>Lions</strong> continue to put out<br />
flags on patriotic holidays. They have an Italian<br />
dinner coming up shortly.<br />
Hilmar Irwin Stevinson <strong>Lions</strong> have completed<br />
putting up “Welcome to Stevinson” signs. Also<br />
<strong>the</strong>y had a successful car night and are busily<br />
planning Crab Night.<br />
Modesto 500 <strong>Lions</strong> are working on a short tail in<br />
<strong>the</strong> Stanislaus Region and collecting used<br />
eyeglasses. Some <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> members are starting a<br />
mentoring program in reading at one <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> local<br />
schools.<br />
