Vodafone understand that implementing BES Express is not as easy as downloading it from the BlackBerry<br />
website. To help you deliver the best customer experience Vodafone have created a support service at an additional<br />
charge of £2.50 a month on top of BIS.<br />
This service will provide:<br />
• 24 x 7 Technical support by ETS (Data Helpdesk) • Software support • Microsoft Exchange & RIM certified<br />
specialists • Direct line into RIM • 90% of issues resolved within 2 days • Service upgrades available<br />
BES Express Support is added to a customer’s tariff by adding a BIS bolt-on AND the £2.50 BES Express bolt-on.<br />
Important: Should you download the BES Express software for your customers and NOT connect them to the BES<br />
Express bolt-on (i.e just connect them to BIS), Vodafone will NOT support your customer should they experience<br />
difficulties with the software. As such, be sure to add the £2.50 BES Express bolt-on if you use the BES Express<br />
Software. Other BlackBerry support packages are available; please speak to your Business Development Manager<br />
for details.<br />
