Also included
One ‘Call me number’
this will look like an international number, but actually rings
through to the customer’s UK mobile. This means contacts in
one overseas country can call the customer in the UK without
incurring international call charges, i.e. pay the same as if they
were calling a landline in their own country.
Give this number to as many people as you like within their
chosen country, it’s not limited to their International Favourites.
And if you like, you can set it up in a different country to where
their International Favourites are based.
* Also includes calls to mobiles in the following countries: Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Puerto Rico, Singapore and USA.
• Compatible with all 2010 and 2008 mobile tariffs, as well as My Business, Best for Business Pay as You Use and Mobile Extension
• Unused minutes don’t rollover
• Calls to the 0203 numbers will come off the customer’s International Favourites minutes allowance, but not off their tariff’s inclusive minutes
• Customer will hear a pre-call whisper when they call one of their international favourite numbers. They’ll also get a text to warn them when
they’re approaching their monthly limit
• International Favourites is added to individual handsets, not at account level. And the minutes can’t be shared across mobiles
• Customers can only have one International Favourites Bolt On per mobile
• ‘My Europe extra’ bolt on cannot be added to an account that also has ‘O2 International favourites’
• International Favourites will sit alongside 8p calls to Europe. ITS and our other International Bolt Ons – it doesn’t replace any of them
• Caller line identity (CLI) is fully integrated with this proposition, so customers can always see who’s calling.
EU REGULATIONS - DATA ONLY
From 1st July 2012 O2 is reducing its roaming charges in line with the EU legislation.
Under the new legislation, it will be cheaper for any customers not on O2 Travel to use their mobiles in Europe. The rates will be reflected
in the International Traveller Service rates that are applied to all business tariffs. Prices will remain unchanges for customers who have
chosen a bespoke roaming plan unless, the customers terms specifically references a discount against the regulated rates.
Rates will remain unchanged for custoemers who have negotiated a ‘global’ rate for data.
New customers from the 1st July will automatically receive the default tariff.
• Existing O2 customers with no data roaming Bolt On will automatically migrate to default tariff.
• End users can choose the heavy user tariff and they can also opt out of default tariffs and remain on pay per MB.
• Existing O2 customers with data abroad Bolt Ons remain unchanged unless customer requests new tariffs.
O2 will text all customers when they arrive overseas to inform them of the charges and to advise them about their usage.
