• £5 discount is only available to customers with and O2 business mobile or business fixed line contract. New customers that are
taking multiple products at the time of connection are also eligible.
• A customer does not have to purchase an O2 business landline in order to subscribe to O2 business broadband.
• The minimum contract period for O2 business broadband is 24 months. Options are for 24 or 36 months.

• To provide O2 business broadband the customer must have a BT Wholesale analogue line connected at their premises. If none
exists this must be obtained and can be provided by us at the same time.
• If a broadband service already exists for the proposed line with another broadband service this must be migrated to us. The
customer will be required to get the MAC code.
• O2 business broadband cannot be supported over ISDN lines.
• O2 business broadband is available across the UK with the exception of Kingston upon Hull, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the
Channel Isles.
