What You are insured for<br />
What You are not insured for<br />
> Loss or damage to Your Contents as a<br />
result of subsidence or heave (or both) of<br />
the site on which the Buildings stand, or<br />
landslip, while they are in the Buildings:<br />
- Caused solely by normal<br />
settlement, shrinkage or expansion<br />
of the Buildings<br />
- Resulting from the movement<br />
of solid floor slabs, unless the<br />
foundations under the outside<br />
walls of Your <strong>Home</strong> are damaged at<br />
the same time by the same cause<br />
- Caused by coastal or river erosion<br />
- Resulting from the use of defective<br />
materials or faulty workmanships.<br />

Loss of metered water as a result of<br />
any of the causes insured under this<br />
section.<br />
Loss or damage while Your <strong>Home</strong> is left<br />
