What You are not insured for
> To repair, renovate or decorate Your
temporary residence in the United
Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.
Amount payable
The maximum We will pay for all liability
arising out of any one incident, plus legal
costs recoverable from You and costs
and expenses incurred by You with Our
written consent is:
> For claims under causes (a) and (b) up
to - £2,000,000.
> For claims under cause (c) up to -
£10,000,000
In addition, if You die, We will provide
legal liability cover for Your legal personal
representatives for any accident covered by
this section.
> The ownership, possession or use of
any lift, mechanically-propelled vehicle,
aircraft or watercraft other than model
aircraft, model watercraft, hand or footpropelled
watercraft less than 5 metres
long, surf or sail boards and domestic
gardening equipment
> The occupation of any land or building
other than Your permanent or temporary
residence containing property insured
under the Contents section
> The ownership of any land or
building
> Any death or bodily injury caused by
a dog as specified in the Dangerous
Dogs Act 1991
> The ownership, possession or use
of any living creatures other than
domestic animals
> Any wilful or malicious act.
