F - 2 Family liabilities cover
Cover for Your legal liability to third
parties.
We will pay for all sums for which You are
legally liable to pay as damages arising
from the following causes:
a) Accidental death or bodily injury to
anyone (but not Your employees
arising out of or during their
employment)
b) Accidental loss of or damage to
property in the United Kingdom,
Republic of Ireland, Europe,
Mediterranean Islands and Coastal
Islands, Madeira and the Canary
Islands
c) Accidental death or bodily injury to
anyone You employ:
> As a domestic servant;
> To repair, renovate or decorate
Your permanent residence
Accidental death or bodily injury to You.
Accidental loss of or damage to property
belonging to You, or in Your custody and
control.
Liability arising out of or from:
> Any injury, illness, death, loss,
expense, or any other liability caused
directly or indirectly by Human
Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or any
HIV related illness including Acquired
Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)
and mutant derivations or variations
including the treatment for them
> Your profession, Business or
employment
> Any agreement or contract which
introduced liability that would not
have existed otherwise
