8 Replacing outside locks and keys
We will pay for the cost of replacing
locks and keys to any outside doors
of the Buildings if the keys have been
stolen. However, the theft must be
reported to the police.
9 Seasonal increase
During the period 1 December to 15
January and if within the Period of
Insurance shown on the Schedule,
the Sum Insured by the Section is
increased by 10%.
C - Frozen foods
We will pay for:
Food or drink which goes bad or gets
contaminated in any domestic deep
freezer in the Buildings. This only applies
if it was caused by failure of the freezer or
the power supply.
The reasonable cost of hiring temporary
freezer space of the same size.
> Food or drink which goes bad or gets
contaminated because of a deliberate
act of the power supply company or its
employees.
> Loss from any domestic deep freezer if
the freezer is more than 15 years old.
