Source & reserve Trust training rooms & computer systems access when required<br />
& facilitate group e-learning Training sessions.<br />
Assist Corporate Bank Manager with Registration of new Bank staff, establishing<br />
skills, competencies, professional registration & training needs <strong>and</strong> recording of<br />
same.<br />

Act in accordance with all relevant Trust policies, procedures, guidelines <strong>and</strong> codes<br />
of conduct.<br />
Ensure personal <strong>and</strong> professional development.<br />

Assist in audits, benchmarking <strong>and</strong> other tools to ensure the Corporate Bank Office<br />
delivers efficient <strong>and</strong> effective services.<br />
Maintain up to date records of staff training, registration checks <strong>and</strong> other<br />
information relevant to bank staff in a secure environment.<br />
Contribute to ensuring best practice is implemented in relation to the development<br />
of the service within the Trust.<br />
Undertake other general administration duties as required.<br />
Participate in team meetings as required<br />
