PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION Applicants, please note the Trust reserves the right to use the desirable criteria (if stated), at shortlisting. Title of Post: Corporate Bank Training Project Co-ordinator Band/ Grade of Post: Band 5 Essential Criteria: 1. Degree or HNC/D qualification (or equivalent) in a Business or Administration related subject and have at least two years relevant experience. OR NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a Business or Administration related subject and have at least four years relevant experience. 2. ECDL or 2 years practical experience of using a variety of software packages to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. 3. Able to demonstrate ability to present information in an analytical manner. 4. Hold a current full driving licence valid in UK with access to a car on appointment this criteria will be waived in the case of an applicant whose disability prohibits driving but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements. Communication Communicate with a range of people on a range of matters Personal and People Development Willingness to develop oneself and contribute to the development of others Health, Safety and Security Commitment to ensuring security of Bank Staff data and records Service improvement Enthusiasm to promote and develop new ideas. 7
