Gamma Beta chapter at the University of North Texas.

and provide support and encouragement as they begin to make great things happen at the University of North Texas!
Here’s the house…
• An 8,300 square foot house looking out on
Highland Street joining the other six houses on
Sorority Row
• Architectural style is Greek revival during the
Antebellum period
• Traditional interiors with lots of southern charm
and a bit of whimsy, including a beautiful
balcony that incorporates the diamond within
the railing
• Full security system and complete fire
sprinkler system
• Thirteen furnished “suite-style” double
bedrooms with private baths
• Large living/dining room that doubles as a
chapter meeting room
• Dedicated study area and wireless internet
• Full kitchen and laundry facilities
• Beautiful landscaping and donor recognition
