Have you heard the news
Kappa Delta’s Gamma Beta chapter is back at the University of North
Texas and we have a beautiful new house on campus in Sorority Row
to call home!
Remember what it was like to have or want a place to call home during your
college years The chapter house is the place where special friendships are born,
lessons are learned and great memories are made for a lifetime. The experience of
living in a Kappa Delta chapter house is something never to be forgotten as part
of the college experience.
As a Kappa Delta in the great state of Texas, you can boost that Texas pride across
the state by showing Gamma Beta that Texas alumnae stand behind them in helping
them make great things happen at the University of North Texas.

and provide support and encouragement as they begin to make great things happen at the University of North Texas!
Here’s the house…
• An 8,300 square foot house looking out on
Highland Street joining the other six houses on
Sorority Row
• Architectural style is Greek revival during the
Antebellum period
• Traditional interiors with lots of southern charm
and a bit of whimsy, including a beautiful
balcony that incorporates the diamond within
the railing
• Full security system and complete fire
sprinkler system
• Thirteen furnished “suite-style” double
bedrooms with private baths
• Large living/dining room that doubles as a
chapter meeting room
• Dedicated study area and wireless internet
• Full kitchen and laundry facilities
• Beautiful landscaping and donor recognition

financial burden, but will help make Kappa Delta a
competitive player in the UNT Greek
