Graduation Tickets...<br />

It’s not too early to start thinking about the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2012. This<br />

year’s Commencement will take place on Sunday, June 3, at 12:30 p.m. in the gymnasium.<br />

As has been our policy, EACH SENIOR FAMILY WILL BE GIVEN FOUR TICKETS TO<br />

GRADUATION. Extra tickets will be available on a very limited basis. IN MOST CASES, NO<br />

FAMILY WILL RECEIVE MORE THAN 6 TICKETS. The number of tickets you receive will<br />

depend upon the number of requests for extra tickets. We cannot guarantee the number of tickets<br />

you request. However, we will have additional tickets for those who would like to view the<br />

ceremony via closed circuit TV in the theater.<br />

In order to facilitate the needs of families, we are trying to do the ticket allocation early this year.<br />

Therefore, if you are going to request extra tickets, please have your son or daughter sign up in<br />

the Main Office from Monday, March 5, through Friday, March 16. PLEASE DO NOT CALL TO<br />

SIGN UP FOR EXTRA TICKETS. You must have someone come in to the <strong>Hersey</strong> Main Office to<br />

sign up.<br />

Extra tickets will be allocated in an equitable manner, not on a first-come/first-served basis, so it<br />

does not matter when you sign up during this two-week period.<br />

A list of the ticket allocation will be posted in the Main Office by WEDNESDAY, APRIL 4.<br />

We believe this will allow you enough time to make arrangements with family and guests for<br />

graduation. THE ACTUAL TICKETS WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED UNTIL GRADUATION<br />

PRACTICE ON FRIDAY, JUNE 1. You are, however, guaranteed to receive the number of tickets<br />

that will be posted. We ask that you wait to make plans until this list comes out so that you know<br />

how many tickets you are going to receive.<br />

Auditions for graduation performances (speeches, songs, poems, etc.) will be held on Tuesday,<br />

April 10 and Wednesday, April 11. Students wishing to audition need to sign up in the Main<br />

Office the same dates as sign-ups for tickets. Students should come to auditions with a finished<br />

product.<br />
