Advanced Placement Information Continued...
Each student taking an Advanced Placement Examination will need to pay an examination fee of $87.00 for
EACH of the Advanced Placement Tests he/she plans to take. Please note that Economics, Physics C and
Roland or Mrs. Norum in the Assessment Center, Room 141B. Students enrolled in AP classes at more than
one school should register for all AP exams at their home school (only one registration form for all exams).

Students will be excused for the entire day of the AP exam; however, they may return to school if they
wish. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the student to arrange his/her own transportation to and
from the testing site. Cell phones are not allowed in the testing rooms.
This registration form will be used only if the student is unable to register online. Please see Mrs. Norum or
Mrs. Roland if you are unable to register online with a credit card or if you are on fee waiver.
Registration form and fee MUST BE RETURNED TO: Mrs. Norum in the Assessment
Center/Room 141B during the registration period of 2/1/12 to 3/14/12
Registration deadline is 3/14/12. No registrations will be accepted after this date!!
