Commercial installations are often considered to be an exercise in simply filling a space with sound. Attention to sound<br />
quality and performance is almost an afterthought, and the industry has allowed this to become the standard.<br />
When SpeakerCraft decided to produce loudspeakers for this market, we refused to believe that commercial clients<br />
were not concerned with the quality of the music their systems would deliver. With this in mind, we have addressed<br />

the business. The result is a series of commercial-grade products that deliver the level of performance for which<br />
SpeakerCraft has become famous.<br />
The SC Pro Commercial Series features two-way loudspeakers with coaxially mounted tweeters supported by our patented<br />
WavePlane tweeter baffle. This technology minimizes interaction between the tweeter and the modulation<br />
woofer surface, which results in greater dispersion and better high-frequency response. The tweeters also pivot, making<br />
it possible to direct the critical high frequencies at a specific listening area or reflect them off an adjacent surface for<br />
greater coverage, allowing for increased flexibility in system design and speaker placement.<br />
All models include tuned and ported back cans that allow the woofers to create maximum bass output in a compact<br />
enclosure. High power handling, wide frequency response, and low distortion make the SC Pro Commercial Series ideal<br />
for applications requiring high-fidelity performance from a ceiling loudspeaker.<br />
All SC Pro Commercial Series models feature a rotary switch on the baffle and behind the grill. This switch allows the<br />
installer to select multiple taps for 70/100 operation or to bypass the transformer entirely and use the speakers in 8Ω<br />
mode.<br />
