The systems you design are becoming more advanced and complex as new technologies emerge and are accepted<br />
by your customers. The trick is to blend all of these technologies into a cohesive mix of usability and performance. So<br />
much of this effort depends on you having the right tools to do the job. CYAN is a series of products designed to make<br />
your life easier. They are not supposed to be flashy or to attract attention; they simply do the job and do it well.<br />
The Cyan line is a series of baluns. For the uninitiated, baluns is short for balanced/unbalanced. The concept is simple.<br />
Take a standard unbalanced source signal, convert it to a balanced signal, send it over CAT5 for an exponentially<br />
greater distance than the unbalanced signal could travel without severe degradation, convert it back to its original<br />
unbalanced state and deliver it to the display component or audio amplifier.<br />
In this case the process requires one box on the head end to encode the signal and another at the other end to<br />
decode the signal. The audio option allows for a line level stereo signal to be carried up to 2,000 feet. There are three<br />
video options for RGB, component video, or HDMI. The maximum distances and cable requirements vary based on the<br />
type of signal. Please see the following specifications for each application.<br />
