Response
The Mayor advised that the pop up bar proposal was operating on four occasions and
would not be consistent with the proposed café restaurant uses proposed by the Town.
The feasibility study anticipated by that report is to whether the Town can let premises to
a hirer over an extended period.

The independent advice was verbal only. No formal advice was sought.
Question 2
Could we get paid for the planning advice we receive
Response
The Chief Executive Officer advised that it is unusual and unlikely that the Town would
pay for advice sought by another party.

Who is liable should anyone have an accident on the site Also, there is no provision for
parking on the site which is a requirement of the Town.
Response
The Director Development advised that in relation to the slope of land, liability rests with
the owner. Car parking for two bays is to be provided within the front setback area.

The Director Development advised that he would take this question on notice and
investigate archived files.

Who provided the new levels on which future building will be based
