The role, terms of reference, the authority and powers of the Share Transfer Committee are in conformity with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. During the period under review the Share Transfer Committee met 11 (Eleven) times. There was no change in the composition of Share Transfer Committee since the date of last AGM held on 27.03.2010. VII. Management Committee The Management Committee comprises of Shri Y.S.Chowdary, Shri G.Srinivasa Raju, Shri R.K.Birla and Shri S.Hanumantha Rao. The role, terms of reference, the authority and powers of the management committee are in conformity with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
