In our opinion and according to the information and explanations given to us, the terms and conditions<br />
of the guarantees given by the Company for loans taken by others from banks and financial institutions<br />
are not prima facie prejudicial to the interests of the Company.<br />
(xi) In our opinion and according to the information and explanations given to us, the term loans have<br />
been applied for the purposes for which they were obtained, other than temporary deployment pending<br />
application.<br />
(xii) In our opinion and according to the information and explanations given to us and on an overall<br />
examination of the balance sheet, we report that, during the period prima facie, funds raised on shortterm<br />
basis have not been used for long-term investment.<br />
(xiii) According to the information and explanations given to us, the Company has made preferential<br />
allotment of shares to parties and companies covered in the Register maintained under section 301 of<br />
the Companies Act, 1956 at a price which is prima facie not prejudicial to the interests of the Company.<br />
(xiv) To the best of our knowledge and according to the information and explanations given to us, no fraud<br />
on or by the Company was noticed or reported during the period.<br />
