Philip <strong>Harting</strong> Perfect Harmony – Crescendo! Seamless system solutions and companies with an innate learning culture are the forces that will shape the future. The companies of the HARTING Technology Group make their specific contributions within the framework of a finelytuned organization, similar to the different instruments in a symphony orchestra. To deliver the level of performance which is needed to achieve and maintain success, the companies have to evolve into adaptive systems. There are good reasons why large “ensembles” like the Berlin Symphony Orchestra and the London Symphony Orchestra have retained their distinguished musical reputations for so many years. Outstanding musicians, the world’s best conductors, attractive repertoires and detailed coordination between all of the contributors are part of the story. The other key factor is the constant regeneration of these orchestras which learn from their experiences and continue to evolve. This level of harmony is the outcome of a long development process which involves continuous fine tuning of every individual element. The goal is to ensure that a change in any one element triggers changes throughout the entire system. These systems perform at the highest level, because overall success is built on the success of the constituent parts. When one benefits, everyone benefits. A high-tech company like HARTING is no different. In other words, creativity is not the result of chaos. HARTING currently has customers in the mechanical engineering industry and the entire manufacturing industry, including producers of automotive, medical and energy systems. HARTING is involved in the entire spectrum of production technology, and the company’s communications, connectivity and production technologies are closely related and fully compatible.
