Internal and external BMS bus<br />
The majority of <strong>Bender</strong> devices communicates via the internal<br />
BMS bus.<br />
Individual devices, such as MK800, TM800 or <strong>Bender</strong> panels<br />
can communicate via both the internal BMS bus (BMS<br />
i) and the external BMS bus (BMS e).<br />
The BMS-Modbus/RTU gateway <strong>COM462RTU</strong> can only<br />
communicate via the internal BMS bus (BMS i).<br />
4.3 Installing the device<br />
Possible methods of mounting:<br />
• DIN rail mounting<br />
• Screw mounting with 2 x M4 (dimension diagram on page 63)<br />
When installing the device, please take into consideration<br />
that the device is only to be used in locations that are<br />
protected from unauthorised entry! This can be installation<br />
works in a switchboard cabinet, for example.<br />
