Bill Keenan and Jim Massengill graduated from LCCC in 1994
with Associate of Science degrees in biology; they graduated from the
University of Wyoming in 1997 with Bachelor of Science degrees in
Pharmacy. Bill and Jim are pharmacists and co-owners of Hoy’s Drug
and Hoy’s Hospital Pharmacy in Cheyenne.
Bill and Jim oversee forty-five employees, serve approximately 10,000
customers each year, and manage an annual operating budget of 11
million dollars.
Bill and Jim write almost every day. They write memos and letters to
doctors, insurance companies, and their employees. They create
brochures, advertising copy, and occasional presentations to college
