College of Business and Management
Patrick Bauer is a Senior Professor of Accounting in the College of Business and
Management, a CPA, and brings to his classes a variety of real world experiences. He
worked in auditing and corporate accounting before becoming a professor at DeVry in
March 1989. In recent years he has taught numerous sections of the accounting
courses. Patrick earned both his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in accounting
at UMKC. He is a past winner of the Missouri Governor’s Award for Excellence in
Teaching and in October 2009 was named the Instructor of the Year for business
professors by the Missouri Association of Private Career Colleges and Schools
(MAPCCS).
Tim Hilboldt graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business from
Benedictine College and followed several paths before he landed in education. He
started working for a construction company, moved to manufacturing, then to
distribution, and finally to education. Professor Hilboldt received his MBA from
Keller School of Management and is a Senior Professor in the College of Business and
Management teaching a myriad of business courses.
Kent Wilson spent 27 years in a large manufacturing company before coming to
DeVry in 1992. During that time he was a manager of various functions related to
production planning, purchasing, and material management. Professor Wilson teaches
the introduction to business course, a management course, as well an occasional
operations management course. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Central
Missouri State University and is completing his MBA from Keller Graduate School of
Management.
College of Engineering and Information Sciences
Saleh Bleha is a Senior Professor at DeVry, teaching in the College of
Engineering and Information Sciences. Previously, Saleh taught for the University of
Central Missouri, Warrensburg and the University of Missouri in both Columbia and
Kansas City. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering
and American Society of Engineering Education. Saleh has a Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering from the University of El-Fateh, a Master’s degree in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a PhD in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
