conditioned, security screened and have the vital call emergency system fitted, all<br />
bathrooms have hand rails fitted. All units are unfurnished except for the kitchen area<br />
which has a fridge, stove, oven and rangehood. The village has a community centre<br />
which has function room with kitchen, indoor bowls, pool table, TV area and computer<br />
access in library. There is also a heated outdoor swimming pool, BBQ area and<br />
resident bus service and hospitality unit for guests. The village is set in landscaped<br />
gardens and has undercover car accommodation for residents.<br />
