have a significantly larger number of beneficial holders of common shares.<br />
Dividend Policy. The Company’s Board of Directors decides <strong>the</strong> timing and amount of any dividends we may pay. During fiscal 2008, we<br />
paid cash dividends totaling $0.23 per outstanding common share ($0.05 per outstanding common share to common shareholders of<br />
record on May 16, 2007 and $0.06 per outstanding common share to common shareholders of record on each of <strong>the</strong> following record<br />
dates: August 15, 2007, November 14, 2007 and February 12, 2008). During fiscal 2007, we paid cash dividends totaling $0.18 per<br />
outstanding common share ($0.04 per outstanding common share to common shareholders of record on May 17, 2006 and August 16,<br />
2006 and $0.05 per outstanding common share to common shareholders of record on November 15, 2006 and February 13, 2007).<br />
