School-Related Employee of the Year <strong>Final</strong>ist<br />
Kimberly Seedial, Behavioral Technician<br />
Coral Springs Elementary School<br />
Kimberly Seedial is the peace within a storm for our students<br />
at Coral Springs Elementary School. Her enthusiasm and<br />
eagerness to assist parents, students, and other staff members<br />
in the Emotionally/Behaviorally Disordered (EBD) cluster is<br />
inspiring to the school as a whole.<br />
Seedial is skilled with listening with her ears as well as her heart.<br />
She has used her training to become more effi cient in her role<br />
as Behavioral Technician. Outside of this role, she has created<br />
and coordinated a talent show for students in the EBD cluster<br />
for two years. She also sees to it that the confi dence level of<br />
our students do not waiver by implementing an “All About Me”<br />
project and also a mural outside of the cluster classrooms.<br />
Seedial has a heart of gold and it is seen throughout her work<br />
at Coral Springs Elementary. Because of her dedication and<br />
ongoing engagement, students, staff members, and parents will<br />
continue to walk with their heads held a little higher.<br />
