beginning. At no time was I made to feel stupid for the
questions I asked, and I was kept well informed at every
stage. My every need was catered to with a smile, and I
never felt like I was inconveniencing anyone. All of my
options were outlined clearly to me, and I was able to be
a major part of every decision made.”
