Title: ACLOG / SBT LOG Assigns ILA Team Lead (-90 Days)<br />

Number: 4<br />

When the Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) is <strong>Command</strong>ing General (CG)<br />

<strong>Marine</strong> <strong>Corps</strong> <strong>Systems</strong> <strong>Command</strong> (MCSC), Assistant <strong>Command</strong>er, Logistics<br />

(ACLOG) assigns an ILA team lead. This should be an NH-IV, DAWIA Level III<br />

Certified , MCSC Certified Level C Logistician. The team leader can be from<br />

ACLOG Staff or within the <strong>Command</strong>.<br />

When the MDA is the Product Group Director (PGD), the SBT Logistician is the<br />

ILA team lead. HOWEVER, based on program complexity, SBT workload, or<br />

level of independence, the ILA team lead can be requested from another Product<br />

Group or ACLOG Staff.<br />

Education: DAWIA Level III or equivalent certification in Logistics, <strong>Systems</strong><br />

Engineering, Management, or Production, Manufacturing and Quality career<br />

fields 1 .<br />

Experience: Team leaders must have participated in at least one ILA 2 .<br />
