What a lovely surprise. a voice from the past and
an honest to goodness handwritten letter—not a
text, not an email. Great!!
Many thanks for your gracious letter. your
nostalgic comments on the stories in our
Centennial coffee table are much appreciated.
it is truly a compilation of so many happy
memories. The Club is beautiful, and i hope you
can visit us soon.
i remember the days when the powers lived not
too far from our house in Dasmariñas Village.
as the song goes “those were the days my friend
we thought would never end". Claude used to
play the piano and sing it all the time. life was
quite simple then.

and trainers.

p.s. The iconic diving board is still in place. We
scraped off eight layers of paint and it is now in
pristine condition.
