Căn cứ kết quả kinh doanh năm 2013, Hội đồng Quản Trị
Bảo Minh đã tiến hành đánh giá những thuận lợi, khó khăn
của thị trường; Đánh giá khả năng và tiềm năng của Bảo Minh,
từ đó đề ra mục tiêu kinh doanh cho năm 2014 và được
Đại Hội Đồng Cổ Đông thông qua với mục tiêu và chỉ tiêu
như sau:

Director evaluated opportunities and threats given by
the market; Evaluated the capability and potential of
Bao Minh and hence put forward business goals in 2014
which was approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders

Trong đó:
Doanh thu phí bảo hiểm gốc: 2.443 tỷ đồng,
tăng 6,2% so với CK.
B. Targets
Total premium income:

VND Billion, up by 3,8%.
Including:
Total direct insurance premium income: 2,443 VND Billion,
up by 6.2% compared to the same period.
Doanh thu nhận tái bảo hiểm: 300 tỷ đồng,
tăng 5,3% so với CK.
Total inward reinsurance premium income: 300 VND Billion,
up by 5.3% compared to the same period.
Doanh thu hoạt động tài chính: 153,7 tỷ đồng,
bằng 78,5% so với CK.
Premium income from financial activities: 153.7 VND Billion,
equivalent to 78.5% of the same period.
Lợi nhuận trước thuế: 129,2 tỷ đồng,
tăng 22,6% so với CK.
Profit before tax : 129.2 VND Billion,
up by 22.6% compared to the same period.
