4.2 Message descriptions<br />

4.2.1 Commands from system to terminal<br />

4.2.11 Request Set ID (C0)<br />

The format of this command shall be as shown in Figure 4/MTS<strong>22</strong>-C.<br />

This command shall be used by the system to determine the identity of attached terminals. The terminal<br />

shall reply with a Report Set ID response (see § 4.2.2.1).<br />

Note -<br />

This command is generally sent as the result of a system reset.<br />
