Huff 'N' Puff<br />

The free Huff 'N' Puff<br />

program will have children<br />

aged 18 months to 12 years<br />

running, jumping, throwing,<br />

skipping and climbing <strong>the</strong>ir<br />

way through a fun-filled<br />

program of activities.<br />

Huff ʻNʼ Puff will be held on<br />

Thursday 6 <strong>October</strong> at Ian<br />

Cowie Reserve, Westcott<br />

Parade, Rockbank. Parents<br />

can register <strong>the</strong>ir child aged<br />

18months – 5years for one of<br />

two sessions between<br />

10.30am and 11.30am or<br />

11.30am and 12.30pm.<br />

Children aged 5-12 will<br />

continue to take part in <strong>the</strong><br />

traditional two hour Huff 'n' Puff<br />

program of rotating through<br />

numerous fitness and healthy food<br />

stations.<br />

It is anticipated that Huff ʻNʼ Puff<br />

will be "sold out" so get your<br />

registrations in early to avoid<br />

disappointment.<br />

Multi-Sports<br />

The Multi-Sports days will be held<br />

in Melton and <strong>Caroline</strong> <strong>Springs</strong><br />

and are designed to keep children<br />

active and entertained during <strong>the</strong><br />

school holidays. Multi-Sports days<br />

will be held at <strong>the</strong> <strong>Caroline</strong><br />

<strong>Springs</strong> Leisure Centre, The<br />

Parade on Wednesday 5 <strong>October</strong><br />

from 10am – noon.<br />

Activities at <strong>the</strong> Multi-Sports days<br />

include a variety of preschool and<br />

primary school sporting elements<br />

such as basketball, kinder gym, an<br />

animal farm, table tennis, soccer,<br />

scout activities, and arts and<br />

crafts. Cost is $3 per child and a<br />

parent or guardian must be<br />

present to supervise <strong>the</strong>ir children<br />

at all times. Parents/guardian must<br />

register <strong>the</strong>ir participation to<br />

secure a place.<br />
