Activities identified in ACF-402 procedures were recommended as a result of common errors found on reviews. Once these revisions are implemented and caseworkers have been trained on them, we expect to see more accurate and consistent casework. 8.The tracking developed for the review process allows error rates, by type, to be tracked by county and by caseworker.
