Helps allow for a seamless<br />
transition from the Family<br />
Infant Toddler Program<br />
(Part C) to Part B for<br />
children <strong>and</strong> families.<br />
The mission of the ICC is to<br />
address the needs of<br />
families of infants <strong>and</strong><br />
toddlers with or at risk for<br />
developmental<br />
Delay. The <strong>New</strong> <strong>Mexico</strong><br />
ICC advises <strong>and</strong> assists in<br />
the implementation of a<br />
coordinated <strong>and</strong> familycentered<br />
early childhood<br />
service system that is<br />
accessible, respectful <strong>and</strong><br />
family-centered.<br />
