and draw conclusions on its capacity to address and have an influence
on the issues highlighted in the conflict analysis and/or on those that the partners
agree to address in priority during the coming two years.
Consider changing the current portfolio on the basis of the conclusions of the
assessment suggested above (on qualitative and not on quantitative criteria).
Implement the resource mobilisation strategy developed by Diakonia in Zimbabwe
and share the results on a regular basis with Sida/Embassy of Sweden
in Harare.
