At December 31, <strong>2005</strong>, the capital of Cap Gemini S.A. was<br />

made up of 131,581,978 shares (ISIN code: FR0000125338).<br />

The year-on-year increase of 198,800 shares reflects the<br />

shares issued upon the exercise of their stock options by<br />

Group employees. Cap Gemini shares are listed on the Eurolist<br />

market (compartment A) and are eligible for the SRD<br />

deferred settlement system of the Paris Stock Exchange. Cap<br />

REPORT <strong>2005</strong> <strong>Capgemini</strong><br />

Gemini shares are included in the CAC40 index, on the<br />

Euronext 100 index and on the Dow Jones STOXX and Dow<br />

Jones Euro STOXX European indexes. Between January 1<br />

and December 31, <strong>2005</strong>, the Cap Gemini share price on<br />

Eurolist increased from €24.09 to €33.91.<br />

In <strong>2005</strong>, the average daily trading volumes in relation to<br />

Cap Gemini shares was around 1.10% of the total volume<br />

of shares traded on the Paris market.<br />
