increase cardio and strength with minimal impact to the joints.<br />

Aqua Tone<br />

Strength training using water resistance, bands, and barbells. High<br />

intensity, no impact.<br />

This is the “pool party” workout. Effective and challenging waterbased<br />

workouts that integrate the ZUMBA® formula and philosophy<br />

into traditional aqua fitness disciplines.<br />

Group Kick brings it on! This electric fusion class of martial arts<br />

and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level<br />

while defining and shaping your body and self confidence. Energetic<br />

music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you<br />

punching, kicking and smiling.<br />

Step<br />

Step choreography is easy to follow, but intense enough to provide a<br />

high energy, low impact workout. We add toning exercises and close<br />

with stretching.<br />

A choreographed step routine presented in layers of intensity and<br />

variations of movements. Challenging and fun for intermediate to<br />
