22 May <strong>2010</strong> The <strong>2010</strong> Pinewalk Art Exhibition<br />
The 22 May sees the return of the Pinewalk Art Exhibition, one of the largest and longest running<br />
open-air displays in the country. This exhibition parades the work of artists in <strong>Bournemouth</strong>’s<br />
Lower Gardens and offers residents and visitors the opportunity to purchase the arts.<br />
The exhibition will feature water colour and oil paintings, photographs and sculptures making the<br />
event appealing to all and runs until 5 September. Pinewalk Art is run by <strong>Bournemouth</strong> Council’s<br />
tourism department and is developed and managed by a steering group of artists and Council<br />
officers.<br />

23 May <strong>2010</strong> The <strong>2010</strong> <strong>Bournemouth</strong> Limmud<br />
Day<br />
<strong>Bournemouth</strong> Limmud is being held on 23 May at <strong>Bournemouth</strong> University’s Talbot Campus.<br />
The event is scheduled to run from 9.30-16.00 and is expecting 350-400 people to attend!<br />
23 May <strong>2010</strong> Mad Hatters Tea Party<br />
The Friends of Fisherman’s Walk invite you to join them on Sunday 23 May between 1.00pm<br />
and 6.00pm in Fisherman’s Walk, Southbourne for a Mad Hatters Tea Party. We would<br />
encourage as many children as possible to attend and dress up in ‘Alice and Wonderland’ style<br />
costume – don’t forget to bring your mums and dads, grandparents etc!<br />
The Tea Party will take the form of a Picnic in the walk (refreshments can be purchased on<br />
site but by all means bring your own food and drink plus rugs/chairs). A full afternoon’s<br />
entertainment will be provided including Children’s Entertainer and a variety of Musical acts.<br />
Southbourne traders will also be taking part offering a variety of stalls.<br />
