Działalność i oferta klastra
Klaster Obróbki Metali skupia blisko 70 firm z obszaru
północno-wschodniej Polski, głównie z województwa
podlaskiego, warmińsko-mazurskiego
oraz lubelskiego, działających w branży obróbki
metali, zarówno w sferze usług, handlu, jak i produkcji.
W branży tej zatrudnienie znajduje ponad 15000
mieszkańców regionu. Wśród członków klastra są
krajowi i światowi liderzy produkcji maszyn i urządzeń
rolniczych o wysokim innowacyjnym potencjale
rozwojowym.
W ramach dotychczasowej działalności klastra zrealizowano
następujące działania:
– promowanie idei klasteringu, identyfikacji potrzeb
firm z branży metalowej, nawiązanie współpracy
między przedsiębiorstwami, szkołami zawodowymi
i uczelniami technicznymi, wymiana
doświadczeń, transfer wiedzy;
– doskonalenie zawodowe nauczycieli zawodu
i instruktorów szkół ponadgimnazjalnych, opracowanie
programu doskonalenia zawodowego
z obsługi obrabiarek CNC, staże zawodowe nauczycieli
w firmach członkowskich klastra;
– doskonalenie nauczycieli zawodu z branży mechanicznej
i metalowej;
– badanie inicjatyw klastrowych w obszarze przygranicznym,
wymianę doświadczeń i technologii;
– seminaria technologiczne dla członków inicjatywy
i wizyty studyjne w nowoczesnych zakładach
produkcyjnych.
Cluster’s offer and activity
Metal Cluster brings together around 70 companies
from the north eastern Poland, mainly from the Podlaskie,
Warmińsko-Mazurskie and Lubelskie region,
operating in the metal-working branch, both in services,
trade and production. That sector employs around
15 000 inhabitants of the region. Members of the
cluster include a national (and world) leader of machine
production and agricultural machines producers
with a high potential to develop.
Within the framework of the cluster’s activity the following
actions have been implemented:
– promoting the idea of clustering, identification of
the needs of companies from the metal sector,
initiating cooperation of between businesses, vocational
training companies and technical universities,
exchange of experiences, knowledge transfer;
– professional training of vocational teachers, instructors
of upper secondary schools (post gymnasium
schools), developing a program of professional
training in CNC machine tool, work experience
of teacher in companies being part of the cluster;
– vocational training for teacher in the metal and
machine sector;
– studying cluster initiatives in the eastern Poland border
area, exchange of experiences and technology;
– technology seminars for the members of the
initiative and study visits to modern production
facilities.

W wyniku wspólnych badań inicjatyw klastrowych branży metalowej w obszarze pogranicza polskolitewskiego
utworzono bazę podmiotów, ofert handlowych i współpracy kooperacyjnej www.ecooperation.eu.
W 2010 r. została zawarta umowa o stałej współpracy z Centrum Konsultacyjnym
Przedsiębiorczości z Alytus na Litwie. /
As a result of the joint studies carried out on the cluster initiative in the metal sectors in the Lithuania –
Poland border area a base of entities has been created along with trade offers and cooperation agreements
www.e-cooperation.eu. In 2010 an agreement has been signed regarding cooperation with the Alytus
Enterprises Consulting Center from Lithuania.
