Pass pull-up cord through grommet on bottom<br />
flap. As the four (4) flaps are drawn together,<br />
keep the disk centered with arrow pointing to<br />
the reserve container.<br />
Secure with pin. be sure the flap D-Ring and<br />
closing loop are below the flange.<br />
