21 If a contractor after purchasing the tender does not quote consecutively on THREE<br />
occasions, the contractor may be debarred for further purchase of tenders for a period of<br />
six months.<br />
22 General conditions of contract for works in BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED are<br />
available on website http://www.keralatelecom.com/civil.asp#civil as well as in the<br />
Divisional Office.<br />
23 The tenderer shall furnish a declaration to this effect (In case of downloaded tender) that<br />
no addition/deletion/correction have been made in the tender document submitted and it<br />
is identical to the tender document appearing on website. Every page of downloaded<br />
tender shall be signed by the tenderer with stamp (seal) of his firm/organization.<br />
