1 Repairing the terrace by the following<br />
steps:<br />
(a) Raking the existing surface completely<br />
to remove spalled plaster and to make a<br />
rough surface for effectively receiving the<br />
new plaster on it.<br />
(b) Applying cement grout over the neatly<br />
cleaned,raked surface liberally @ 4.4 kg /<br />
sqm mixed with WPC conforming to IS<br />
2645 in recommended proportion. I / C<br />
rounding off junction of vertical and<br />
horizontal surface.<br />
(c) replaster the whole area with 20 mm 1:3<br />
average thickness mixed with WPC<br />
conforming to IS 2645.<br />
(d) Making thread impression for making<br />
300 mm square pixels<br />
(e) Rounding off plaster at edges for<br />
minimum of 30 cm height<br />
(f) All khurras should be neatly finished with<br />
plaster similar to (c) 300.00 Sqm<br />
