At ExCeL London we pride ourselves on providing
tailored marketing support for our clients.
Upon signing your licence agreement with us, you will be
contacted by our Marketing Department, in order to discuss how
ExCeL London can best work with your own marketing team and
provide support for your event.
This document has been designed to provide you with an overview
of the type of support that we can provide, including further
information and contact details for our marketing partners.
There are a number of ways that the ExCeL London marketing team
can support you in the run-up to your event, including:
• Provision of copy, maps & images for your marketing materials
– including access to an interactive travel map
• Support with exhibitor days, FAM trips, press visits and
venue tours
• Use of ExCeL London’s e-marketing kit – including banners
and marketing copy
• Attending an event the year prior to moving to ExCeL London
to help promote the venue and destination to delegates
and attendees
• Help with marketing London as a destination – including
transport, social venues, hotels, bars & restaurants and after
hours entertainment
• Linking in with your marketing plan to provide relevant
information for e-bulletins and direct mail campaigns
e.g. assistance with marketing the venue, the destination,
‘Value London’
• Inclusion on ExCeL London ‘what’s on’ materials
(website, posters, leaflets, facebook) – where appropriate
• Bespoke sector specific marketing support
