M0TION:John Sayle moved
whereas it is the goal of USPSA to
foster competition wherein the skill
of the shooter is to be tested rather
than the capacity of his firearm, the
following guidelines are adopted for
1990 with the intention of
implementing these guidelines into
approved USPSA policy:
1. No more than 6 shoot targets will
be presented at anyone shooting
point w/o requiring a reload or
allowing sufficient time to reload. A
time of 2 seconds is deemed as
sufficient time to reload.
2. Shooting points will have a
minimum of 10 feet of movement.
That movement does not necessarily
need to be a straight or lateral
movement ie; a 6 foot sideways
movement to a doorway followed by
a 4 foot forward movement before
engagement.
3. If more than 3 shoot targets are
exposed at anyone shooting point,
only one hit per target will be
swred, or a mixture of steel and
cardboard targets can be used as
long as no more than 6 hits are
required. 2nd Passed unanimously.
