Diaphragm pumps<br />

Low Pressure Pumps up to 20 Bar<br />
AR Bp range of low pressure pumps (20 bar) are most suited to broadacre and some<br />
horticultural applications such as our Quantum Mist sprayers. Two ranges are stocked<br />
to cater for different markets – one specifically for the larger models for broadacre<br />
use (denoted by a “D” in the part number) which have Desmopan diaphragms<br />
fitted, and one for the smaller pumps and some larger models that have HPDS (high<br />
performance diaphragm system) diaphragms fitted. The Desmopan diaphragms are<br />
recommended for larger pumps most commonly used in broadacre spraying where<br />
long hours are expected between service intervals. The HPDS diaphragms are more<br />
flexible and have proven to last longer in the horticultural industry in particular where<br />
copper and sulphur based products are commonly used.<br />
Medium Pressure Pumps up to 40 Bar<br />
AR medium pressure (40 bar) pumps are well suited to smaller hand spraying units<br />
where applications using hand guns are needed. Very robust and reliable, this range<br />
can be motor driven or by PTO.<br />
High Pressure Pump<br />
The high pressure (50 bar) range is most commonly fitted to air-blast equipment<br />
such as our Cropliner sprayer or our linkage range for horticulture. At the top end, the<br />
170 and 200 litre brass head/manifold pumps are highly resistant to copper products<br />
in particular.<br />
