Diaphragm pumps AR motorised positive displacement pumps The range of petrol driven, electric and hydraulic drive AR pumps are featured on these pages, along with information on kits for hydraulic operation or converting existing pumps from PTO to Hydraulic drive. For the petrol driven AR pump range, we use only the ever-reliable Honda motors to ensure our customers can access Honda’s extensive service network throughout New Zealand and Australia for after-market support. The electric drive AR range comes with factoryfitted electric motors and are ideal for commercial applications where positive-displacement pumps are needed. AR30-5H AR30-5H AR30 pump fitted with gearbox with a Honda GX160QX motor and ARGI40 pressure regulator – all set to go. This is our number one seller for positive displacement spraying. Ideal for gun spraying in glasshouses and nurseries, or on utility-mounted sprayers such as our US200/400 and 500 units. A very reliable combination for higher pressure applications where hand-guns are used. Maximum pressure 40 bar, open flow 32 L/min. AR70-5H The AR70 motorised pump also comes with a Honda GX160QX motor, gearbox and ARECM-2 pressure regulator fitted. This unit is more suited to boomspraying applications where spraying pressure required is under 10 bar. Maximum pressure 20 bar, open flow 72 L/min. AR252-4H AR252 pump fitted with gearbox with a Honda GX120QX motor and ARGR30 pressure regulator. This unit is ideal for smaller hand-gun or boomspraying applications where price is a factor. AR115-5H The AR115 motorised pump comes with a Honda GX160QX motor, gearbox and ARECM-2 pressure regulator fitted. This unit is suited to boomspraying applications where spraying pressure required is under 10 bar and for booms up to around 15 metres in width. An ideal unit for boom sprayers mounted on utes or other vehicles. Maximum pressure 20 bar, open flow 114 L/min. AR135-6H The AR135 motorised pump comes with a Honda GX200QX motor, gearbox and ARECM-2 pressure regulator fitted. This unit is suited to boomspraying applications where spraying pressure required is under 10 bar and for booms up to around 18 metres in width. An ideal unit for boom sprayers mounted on utes or other vehicles. Maximum pressure 20 bar, open flow 132 L/min. AR252-EM The AR252 with single-phase electric motor fitted is a very popular positive displacement pump commonly used for such agricultural uses as fertiliser injection where positive pressure is required. Also suited to some smaller commercial installations. Maximum pressure 25 bar, open flow 25 L/min. AR30-EM The AR30 with single-phase electric motor fitted is the larger option for a positive displacement pump and can also be used for fertiliser or chemical injection where positive pressure is required. Maximum pressure 40 bar, open flow 32 L/min. AR30-ET The ET version of the AR30 with 3-phase motor fitted has the same specifications as the EM. The pump is also ideally suited to commercial applications where positive displacement for chemical transfer or injection is required. Maximum pressure 40 bar, open flow 32 L/min. Diaphragm pumps AR hydraulic drive positive displacement pumps, kits and gearbox options Becoming more common on trailing sprayers is a hydraulic drive option to avoid the need for a PTO shaft. Some of our range of AR positive displacement pumps can be driven using the tractor oil supply. Most tractors now have plenty of oil flow available to provide the drive to the liquid system on the sprayer. Listed below are the models that can be driven using a hydraulic motor – some models require a flange kit, others can have the motor directly bolted to the pump. Also listed on this page are kits that can be purchased to convert an existing PTO drive AR pump to hydraulic drive. Please note, before making any changes to an existing set-up, talk to our technical support staff on 1300 650 724 for assistance.
