Software Updates do not include: (i) Software Upgrades of the
Licensed Software that may be developed and generally released
from time to time by the software vendor
Enhancements to the Licensed Software providing a new program
feature or function that may be developed and generally released
from time to time by the software vendor and made available to
customer (licensee). Software Upgrades do not include: (i) Software
Updates of the Licensed Software that may be developed and
generally released from time to time by the software updates
Zeroize A method of erasing electronically stored data by altering the
contents of the data storage so as to prevent the recovery of the
data. [FIPS1402]
