9.1 Fees<br />

9 OTHER BUSINESS AND LEGAL MATTERS<br />

9.1.1 <strong>Certificate</strong> Issuance and Renewal Fees<br />

<strong>Raytheon</strong> may set any reasonable certificate issuance and renewal fees.<br />

9.1.2 <strong>Certificate</strong> Access Fees<br />

<strong>Raytheon</strong> does not charge for access to certificates.<br />

9.1.3 Revocation or Status Information Access Fees<br />

<strong>Raytheon</strong> does not charge for access to revocation or status information.<br />

9.1.4 Fees for Other Services<br />

<strong>Raytheon</strong> may set any reasonable fees for any other services a <strong>Raytheon</strong> CA may offer.<br />

9.1.5 Refund <strong>Policy</strong><br />

No stipulation.<br />

9.2 Financial Responsibility<br />

Organizations acting as relying parties shall determine the financial risk, if any; they undertake<br />

when accepting certificates to consummate any transaction. Acceptance of <strong>Raytheon</strong> issued<br />

certificates is entirely at the discretion of the organization acting as a relying party. Other<br />

factors that may influence the relying party’s acceptance, in addition to the certificate assurance<br />

level, are the likelihood of fraud, other procedural controls in place, organizational-specific<br />

policy, or statutorily imposed constraints.<br />

9.2.1 Insurance Coverage<br />

<strong>Raytheon</strong> maintains reasonable levels of insurance coverage.<br />

9.2.2 Other Assets<br />

<strong>Raytheon</strong> maintains sufficient financial resources to maintain operations and fulfill duties.<br />

9.2.3 Insurance or Warranty Coverage for End-Entities<br />

<strong>Raytheon</strong> does not offer insurance or warranty coverage to end entities.<br />

9.3 Confidentiality of Business Information<br />

The treatment of confidential business information provided to the RPMA in the context of<br />

submitting an application for cross certification shall be in accordance with the terms of the<br />

agreements entered into between <strong>Raytheon</strong> and the entity CA.<br />

The <strong>Raytheon</strong> CA shall maintain the confidentiality of confidential business information that is<br />

clearly marked or labeled as confidential, or by its nature should reasonably be understood to<br />

be confidential, and shall treat such information with the same degree of care and security as<br />

<strong>Raytheon</strong> treats its own most confidential information.<br />
